Preparing for Contract Negotiations this Year
This is our 2nd survey, getting us ready for contract negotiations. (Many thanks to the 1300 SHARE Members who filled out the survey about career advancement!) This survey focuses on what if feels like to work here:

How SHARE Will Use the Surveys
The surveys are anonymous. SHARE presents the data for our whole union to management in our negotiations. After this survey is completed, the 3rd and final SHARE survey will be about our overall priorities for negotiations, raises, health insurance, etc, as well as about how technology is changing jobs.
