SHARE “Always Essential” Logos

for Your Email Signature & Virtual Background

You can support good raises and a strong contract — and highlight that SHARE members are always essential to our community — using the resources below: install an “Always Essential” logo in your email signature, and download a virtual SHARE background for Webex or Zoom!

To add an “Always Essential” logo to your email signature:

  1. Right-click the “Always Essential” logo to the right and save it to your computer.

  2. In the Outlook menu, click Preferences.

  3. In the Email section, click Signatures.

  4. Click the signature name and position the cursor in the signature box.

  5. Drag the image from your desktop or from the Format menu click Insert Image.


To add an “Always Essential” SHARE background for Zoom or Webex:

  1. Select and download the red or blue background by right-clicking by either of the images on the right and saving it to your computer.

  2. ZOOM:

    1. Sign in to the Zoom mobile app.

    2. While in a Zoom meeting, tap More in the controls.

    3. Tap Background and Effects.

    4. Tap the background you would like to apply or tap + to upload a new image, or

  3. WEBEX:

    1. In Webex, go to Preferences and select Video.

    2. From the video tab, select Change Virtual Background.

    3. Scroll to the + icon and tap. You can upload your own image, video file, or a Webex custom background to use as your background.

    4. Click Apply!
