Executive Board Candidate Statements
Heidi Brazeau:
My name is Heidi Brazeau, and I have been with UMass since May 26, 2015, serving in a variety of roles throughout my career. For the past six years, I have been a proud SHARE member, a SHARE Representative for the last four years, and currently serve on the Executive Board, where I have been a member for the past year.
Throughout my time at UMass, I have sought opportunities to contribute beyond my daily responsibilities. I have earned my LEAN Green Belt certification and plan to pursue my Black Belt in the future. I have served on the Hahnemann Family Health UBT and have assisted Barre Health in developing workflows for both their DME and forms processes. In that role, I provided guidance and training to staff to help ensure efficient and effective operations. I also regularly attend LMPC monthly meetings and currently participate in the New Hire Orientation Welcome Wagon.
As a SHARE Representative, I have always advocated for all SHARE members fairly and equally. I have provided guidance, support, and education regarding the benefits and resources available to our members. In many instances, I have also assisted members on a more personal level by helping connect them with public assistance programs and other resources that could support them during challenging times.
As a current Executive Board member, I have participated in numerous meetings and contributed to discussions, decision-making, and strategic planning. I understand that serving on the Executive Board involves much more than contract negotiations. It requires dedication, collaboration, and a commitment to representing the interests of our members. Having served in this role over the past year, I have embraced those responsibilities and enjoyed every opportunity to contribute.
Whether elected or not, I will continue to advocate for and support my peers and fellow SHARE members. I believe in leading through action and demonstrating commitment through results. I also believe that when something is not working, we should focus on identifying solutions rather than simply complaining about the problem.
I respectfully ask for your support and vote. SHARE for the workers. SHARE for the win. SHARE because we care.
Anthony Renfree:
My name is Anthony Renfree. So here is a little bit about myself.
I became a part of PAC's Pharmacy Financial Clearance team since Dec 2022. I have 2 step-kids with my wife and 2 of my own with our house of pets (2 dogs, 2 cats and a bearded dragon). I spend my days doing the work I enjoy and I help coach my stepsons little league team for Norwich.
As for how I envision helping our union members, I will always be a big voice and fight for what we all need to best serve our patients and to go home at the end of every single day feeling like we all made a small difference in someone's life. I will always go above and beyond and be as prepared as I can be for every situation. Thank you for taking the time to read this and know just a bit about myself and I hope I can count on your vote.
Thank you kindly
Sincerely Anthony Renfree.
