The SHARE bargaining unit now includes over 3600 employees at UMass Memorial Hospital and xx at UMMH Marlboro. In 2025, we also newly welcomed the SHARE Union at Cambridge Health Alliance to our family of unions.
Over 97% of eligible employees are SHARE members, including over 800 new members who joined this year alone. That’s a lot of people in our community . . . not to mention countless [[organizing conversations]]
